Oxygen can be quite the elixir. Convention Wellness Guru Beth Bielat conducts her signature program on LifeBreath. It's a superb wellness tool you can call on at any time to harness your mental focus and emotional and physical well-being. You'll want to breathe deeply, relax, and wear comfortable clothes so you can leave this session feeling re-charged, de-stressed, and inspired.
