Convention Wellness Guru Beth Bielat leads this interactive, small group discussion on caring for your body, mind, and soul. Including some elements of exercise, diet, mindfulness, and other simple lifestyle changes. You'll want to wear comfortable clothes. Leave this session with knowledge, motivation, a path to success, and feeling recharged from a few minutes of LifeBreath work at the end of the program. This session is limited to 20 participants, so if you register for this and your schedule changes, please provide us with as much advance notice as possible.
