Ed Hurley-Wales is Vice President of Market Diversity for ADP. In this role, he is responsible for developing Diversity and Inclusion strategies and initiatives that grow and strengthen client relationships and improve ADP’s overall D&I competitiveness. Ed provides strategic diversity consultation to senior market leaders, and works closely with the ADP Corporate Diversity group and divisional HR to ensure alignment with business plans. He also collaborates with teams across ADP to identify and develop diversity advisory services for current clients.
Ed joined ADP, an HCM software and services firm, through the acquisition of Workscape in August 2010. He joined Workscape in 2001 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In addition to providing HR functional oversight, Ed was responsible for ensuring that the company exemplified world-class human capital management strategies through strong operational management and a forward-thinking approach to growth, both organically and through strategic mergers and acquisition activity.
Ed holds a Masters of Science degree in education from Cambridge College, and serves as a Board member of the New England HR Association (NEHRA) and Machine Science. He is a member of the U.S. Council of D&I Executives. He also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board for Perkins School for the Blind. Previously, he served on the boards of the Human Resources Leadership Forum of New England (HRLF) and WARM2Kids organization. Ed also served in the United States Navy.
